- What do Pro and Scale add?
- Pro adds the branded proposal builder with e-signature, an activity feed on every lead, lead tagging, and an advanced analytics dashboard. Scale adds round-robin lead assignment, a 6-touch automated follow-up sequence, review-generation automation, manager controls, speed-to-lead tracking, and priority support.
- Are there any setup fees?
- No setup fees on any plan. You can optionally add Widget Installation ($299 one-time) if you'd like our team to embed the estimator on your site, or Full Website Build ($799 one-time) if you need a complete contractor website built for you.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade anytime and it takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to features you've already paid for.
- Do homeowners see exact prices or ranges?
- You choose — show a price range, a starting-at price, or an exact estimate. Ranges are recommended to reduce sticker shock and set expectations before a site visit.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. We don't lock you into contracts. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- How long does setup take?
